Throughout the entire planning, delivery and building process your team of staff were exceptional in their service to me. As I spent 21 years with Air New Zealand I have experienced service standards at all levels as well as teaching other staff how to provide good service. We were so delighted with the Lyon design we built in 2001 there was no hesitation in choosing McRaeway Homes to build our second home. The Pearse from the Limelight series suits our new rural site very well and once again we are impressed with the quality of both materials and building from network builder Dave Schroder, who also built our first McRaeway home. As always, the service we have received from McRaeway Homes has been excellent with all staff being most helpful, especially when we were ordering and planning. Dave continues to be the great builder that he is and always has time for a quick chat when we visit the site, which is almost daily.

Just a wee email to thank you for all the work leading up to us taking over the house. Dave Wootton has done a wonderful job and it's looking good... no great. I have hopefully attached some photos as a teaser and Beth and I would love to show you and Jan around if you're down this way. The photos don't do justice to our quirky sense of humour if you recall and we have added some touches to enhance the 'Chablis' theme.

“As a long serving member of the building industry for over 40 years - as a builder, clerk of works, project manager, and building official, it is a pleasure to endorse the McRaeway home packages that have satisfied so many home owners.
In my role as the Timaru Building Control Manager, McRaeways would regularly seek advice on the building regulations, and their responsible attitude to satisfy compliance issues was impressive and set them apart. In fact they were providing an impressive range of window and door flashings to suit all cladding types, years before this became mandatory.
I sought their expertise to assist in the design and supply of the kitset package house for a family project at Wanaka, part of which was built in their yard and delivered on site. The impressive packaging used, resulted in the kitset being unloaded after a 3 hour road trip, without a scratch, resulting in no frustrating delays, claims or disputes.

Prior to the project I had been a judge and chair of the judging panel for the Master Builders Federation ‘House of the year’ competition, and am aware how McRaeway packaged houses compare very favourably with the best one-off houses built, and significantly represent great “value for money”.
I am presently seeking a quote for another McRaeway for my family, and once again I have been impressed with the professional commonsense competency of their helpful staff.
