Our state of the art production plant in Timaru is home to our in-house designers, CAD technicians, detailers, engineers, operations and factory staff. Combined with our unique ‘Toolbox’ software we are able to control the quality, accuracy and delivery of materials to site for every building project.
Builders can remain on site without having to make orders, chase up materials, or deal with overruns and wastage at the end of the job. Builders are confident of our support, knowing exactly where they are in their construction schedule. Our truck is on the road every day delivering materials to sites throughout the South Island. Following the initial delivery of materials to enclose the house, there are generally three subsequent deliveries within eight to ten weeks, ensuring a seamless flow for the builder.
Our network of ‘McRaeway-Accredited’ builders is located mainly throughout the South Island. A builder from our network means you can be confident they have passed our rigorous vetting process covering standards of construction and conduct. Not only will you be assured of our support but all of our network builders are skilled in business management and communication. We are happy for customers to engage their own builder if they wish, having every confidence that the house package will be easy to build wherever the location may be. However, we strongly recommend you engage with our network of builders wherever possible, or a registered member of the Master or Certified Builders organisations.

Building co-ordinator Ross Brown and others will undertake site visits on all projects anywhere in New Zealand, from Northland to Bluff. With decades of practical building and project management experience Ross is able to give one-on-one advice on any technical or practical building issues that could arise. All builders have access to our free phone helpline. This hands-on support ensures your house is built as you and we would expect.
